At MPP, we provide free 1:1 culturally-focused peer support and counselling so that you have your own private and discrete safe space to share your thoughts and feelings with one of our therapists. Currently, this service is only available for LGBTQIA+ SWANA, South Asian, and Muslim youth here in NSW aged 14-30. This includes people who are questioning or curious about their gender and sexuality, as well as people who identify as cultural or spiritual Muslims who may no longer practice their religion in traditional ways.
Our focus at MPP is to match you with a counsellor who is the most aligned with you on values, beliefs, and cultural and mental health lived experience. Our therapists work on different days and have varying capacities, so we also take this into consideration when finding the best person to support you.
If you’d like to request 1:1 support with one of our counsellors, please fill out this form.

We also have a monthly group art therapy space for all LGBTQIA+ people of colour, aged 14 and older. This space seeks to provide a reflective, nurturing, fun and connecting space for building a more beautiful world through art and community.
These are in-person and private workshops with limited capacity, so make sure to sign up to receive the event details here!
